Annual Golf Classic

The LFWMH Annual Golf Classics are our premier fundraising events, bringing together golfers, sponsors, and supporters from across the Lowcountry for a day of R & R, not rest and relaxation but, rather, Recreation and Recognition.  We say this because we invite Wounded Heroes from around the South Carolina Lowcountry and elsewhere, to be our guests for these days. We pair each of our paying foursomes with one of our Wounded Heroes so our golfers get to meet, know, and thank them for their service and sacrifice. Many have built lasting relationships. Collectively, our paying golfers and our organization strive to make this day one of the BEST days of the year for each of our Wounded Hero guests.                       All proceeds benefit post-9/11 combat wounded veterans and their families.

Event Details

IT'S GOING TO BE AN INTERESTING YEAR !!!! WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that we are adding a fourth location, Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club, to our list of venues for 2027.  We will be hosting approximately sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) foursomes at Riverton Pointe. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that Hampton Hall's main clubhouse will be closed due to renovations this year so we will be limited to approximately sixteen (16) foursomes due to dining capacity limitations at the golf clubhouse. ADDITIONALLY, Hampton Hall's practice range renovation is expected to also be underway in mid-May. We'll provide more information on how we'll be managing this after we have a better idea of the renovation schedule and what accommodations we can make.

Remembering Those Who Served

Give Your Thanks and Gratitude with a Remembrance Sign

Honor a loved one by ordering a Veteran's Remembrance Sign to be displayed at one of four (4) venues for this year's 16th Annual Wounded Heroes Golf Classic. It would be a wonderful tribute to those who have served, or are currently serving, to preserve the freedoms for which we are all grateful. The signs will be 18" x 12" with a metal post. Cost: $100 donation; additional donations are most appreciated.
